Health Guarantee
We will never sell an animal that we are not fully confident is healthy and ready to be set up in a new home. If there are ever any questions about the health of an animal obtained from us, it is essential that we are informed right away.
Given the sensitive nature of many of the species we work with, it’s critical that problems are addressed as quickly as possible – any delays will make it much more difficult to diagnose and resolve the issue.
We will always do whatever we can to help ensure that problems are resolved and that our animals thrive and live long healthy lives!
Genetics Guarantee
All animals we sell are produced and raised in our facilities. We fully guarantee the genetics of our animals. Any animal sold as a 100% Het has been produced from a pairing consisting of a visual recessive adult.
We guarantee that any 100% Het animal we produce will produce visual morphs when paired with other 100% Het. or Visual animal with the same mutation. If you have paired any of our 100% Het. animals and were unable to produce visual offspring please do not hesitate to reach out. In the rare occurrence that we had an animal labeled incorrectly, we are more than happy to work with you on a solution
Payment Plans and Deposits
We do accept payment plans for our higher end animals, and we are always more than happy to hold onto an animal with a deposit.
20% of the total cost of the animal or group is applied as a deposit for the animal(s). That deposit will hold the animal for the buyer, and that animal will not be listed as available or sold to anyone else. All payments beyond the initial 20% are applied to the balance until the total balance is paid off, at which point animals will be shipped out as soon as is safe and feasible for the buyer.
If anything happens on the customer’s end of the deal, all payments beyond the 20% deposit will be refunded immediately. No questions asked, no hassle – we do not touch any of the money until the animal has shipped out and arrived safely with its new owner.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable, however, if anything were to happen on our end that alters the deal in any way (I.E. disaster occurs where the animal is lost, stolen, dies, etc…) 100% of the payments and deposit will be refunded.
This has proven to be an effective system for both us and for our customers.
